Traditional Hatay Style Natural Tomato Paste

We prepare Hatay's traditional natural tomato paste using the salting technique with care, made from the salcık tomatoes we grow on our own farm. We meticulously select ripe, red, fleshy tomatoes with thin skins. These delicious tomatoes are carefully washed, chopped, and slowly boiled until they reach the desired consistency. We enhance the flavor with a touch of salt and fill the jars with the hot paste, creating our natural tomato paste.

Salt (maximum 3% added salt based on dry matter)

No Preservatives or Additives: Our product is entirely natural and free from preservatives or additives. It contains only the goodness of ripe tomatoes and a pinch of salt.

Storage Instructions: Keep the product away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place before opening. After opening, add a layer of liquid oil (about 2 cm) on top and store it in the refrigerator.
