It is made with 70% Hard Wheat Flour obtained from Harran Plain and 30% with Ground Grape Seed Flour that we supply from Aydın.
Refined sugar rate in its content is exactly “0%”,
This baklava is sweetened with all-natural Stevia syrup.
The reason we use Ground Grape Seed;
Thanks to the natural antioxidants and fiber content it contains, it is a material rich in B,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg,P,K mineral substances with high nutritional value.
According to our measurements, a standard slice of Antep Baklava is about 120kcal, while a slice of this Baklava with stevia and ground grape seeds has a value of about 40kcal.
