Cooking Suggestion:

The trick when cooking chickpeas is to soak the chickpeas in water beforehand. 2 cups of chickpeas are soaked overnight. The next day, it is filtered through water and boiled for 15-20 minutes. Oil is taken in the pan and 1 chopped onion is roasted. 2 chopped peppers are put in the pot and roasted is continued. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, fry with onions and peppers. The chickpeas, which were soaked the night before, are taken into the pot and 4 glasses of boiling water, spices and salt are added. Cooking is continued on low heat. Serve hot, bon appetit.
