Ingredients
100-150 g ground mutton
90-180 g rice
60-100 g chickpeas
10-15 g salt
450-600 g condensed yoghurt
1 pcs egg
20-60 g olive oil
20-40 g ghee
2,5-4 g dried mint
5-10 g black pepper
Recipe
Ground meat is roasted in a pan. It is boiled over medium heat by adding washed rice, salt, pre-boiled chickpeas and 6-7 glasses of water.
Condensed yoghurt, eggs and olive oil are cooked in a separate pot for 5-6 minutes on low heat, then added to the ground meat mixture and mixed slowly.
Dried mint and black pepper are added into the heated ghee in a pan. This mixture is drizzled over the soup and served hot.
