Our story; started with the legacy of loyalty and sustainability to the villagers, which Mehmet YAMAN, the eldest of the Yaman family, left us in 1955. The strength we derive from this unique legacy; is met with our passion for natural and fresh food and our desire to feed our children healthily.


As a result of such a strong heritage, Yaman Cheese was born as a small dairy in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ, where our ancestors lived, and has now become a modern facility with a daily milk processing capacity of 100 tons on a 10,000 m2 land. In our factory, we work with the goal of leaving clean lands for future generations, we produce the most natural Local and Traditional dairy products on the basis of "sustainability" by preserving natural resources and without harming the environment.

With the cow, goat, and sheep milk we get from the Thrace region under hygienic conditions; We enter the kitchens with health and naturalness with Old Kashkaval cheese special for Malkara, Thrace ripened cheeses produced by masters and local cheeses.

We contribute to the revival of the tradition of sheep and goat breeding and sheep milk and goat milk production, which is on the verge of extinction in Thrace, by producing matured aged kasseri cheese, the artisanal flavors of Malkara, which belongs to our country.
As a brand that owns Turkey's geographically marked Old Cheddar cheese, it protects the old cheese tradition and brings it to other generations.
