Hatay Style Red Pepper Paste

We create Hatay's authentic red pepper paste by meticulously harvesting, sorting, sun-drying, and seasoning the red peppers we collect in their prime season. Our sweet red pepper paste will become a new favorite for those who prefer a milder taste.

Ingredients:

Red pepper pulp
Salt (maximum 3% added salt based on dry matter)
May contain skin and seeds.

No Preservatives or Additives: Our product is entirely natural and free from preservatives or additives. It consists of high-quality red pepper pulp and a touch of salt.

Storage Instructions: Protect the product from direct sunlight. Store it in a cool, dry place before opening. After opening, add a layer of liquid oil (approximately 2 cm) on top and keep it in the refrigerator.
