It is an excellent full-fat white cheese prepared with the milk of animals fed with clean water and flavoured natural herbs such as marjoram and thyme.
It has a creamy flavour and is hard to medium hard. It can be consumed with tomato or watermelon slices. It is a good choice to meet our protein and calcium needs, strengthens memory, eye, tooth and hair health. It is rich in A, B1, B2, B6, B12 and folic acid. It facilitates digestion, energises and supports immunity.
